This site is operated by Bull and Bear Investments Limited (company number 14659741), registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. We are the data controller for the personal information collected here and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us about your data at adam@adamslee.co.uk.
When you register for The Property Restart Challenge we collect your first name and email address. We use them to run the challenge: the daily emails containing your action lists, reminders during the 5 days, and related emails about our programmes and property education.
During the challenge you can choose to send your proof of work to us on WhatsApp. If you do, you're messaging us first, and we'll have the number you message from so we can reply.
We send the challenge emails, and related emails about our programmes and property education, on the basis of legitimate interest as you have registered for the challenge. You have the right to object to this at any time, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we reply on the basis of legitimate interest: you've contacted us and we're responding.
Your information is held and processed by the services we use to run the challenge:
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, alongside each provider's own safeguards.
We keep your details while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain the minimal record needed to honour that preference and delete the rest within 12 months.
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email adam@adamslee.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The challenge is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
