Who we are
This site is operated by Bull and Bear Investments Limited (company number 14659741), registered at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this site. Contact us about your information at adam@adamslee.co.uk.
What we collect
When you register for The Property Restart Challenge, we collect your first name and email address. We also record basic information about how you reached the page, such as campaign tags, referring page and advertising click identifiers when they are present in the link you used.
If you choose to send proof through WhatsApp, we receive the telephone number and information you choose to send in that conversation.
How we use your information
- To register you and deliver Day Zero, the five challenge days and essential reminders.
- To respond to proof or questions you send during the challenge.
- To understand which promotions are producing registrations and improve the challenge.
- To send relevant follow-up about Adam’s property education and programmes. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To protect the registration process from spam, misuse and technical problems.
Our lawful basis
We process your details to provide the challenge you requested and for our legitimate interests in operating, measuring and improving it. Where consent is required for advertising measurement technology, we ask for that consent separately through the site’s privacy choices.
Advertising measurement and cookies
With your permission, this site loads the Meta Pixel supplied by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It measures page visits and successful challenge registrations so we can understand advertising performance. The Pixel is not loaded if you reject analytics.
Your analytics choice is stored on your device so we can respect it on later pages. You can change that choice at any time by selecting .
Who processes your information
We use service providers to operate the challenge:
- MailerLite for email delivery and list management.
- n8n for workflow automation.
- Netlify for website hosting.
- Google Workspace for business record keeping.
- WhatsApp, operated by Meta, if you choose to contact us there.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for advertising measurement, only when you allow analytics.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, the relevant provider uses recognised safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep information
We keep your contact details while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain the minimum information needed to honour that preference and remove information we no longer need in line with our retention processes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict particular processing, and ask for information in a portable format where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

Children
The challenge is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy when the challenge or the services used to deliver it change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
